Editing and taping is a bit much for me right now, but maybe in the future I will do something on YouTube; I want to do some "Lets Play" type of videos and maybe I will make some food videos as well. I will let you know if anything happens there.
I don't think YouTube videos is a good idea. Just keep posting stuff on your website
